Free WordPress Plugin – Snow My WP

There are literally thousands of free WordPress plugins in the WordPress Plugin Repository. Some of them, like WooCommerce or BuddyPress are so capable that a single plugin can make an entire site whereas others add value to your site. One of the plugins which we created in the free WordPress plugin category is Snow My WP.

As the Christmas countdown has begun we thought of introducing this free WordPress plugin to the repository. Snow being the integral part of Christmas in most of the countries celebrating Christmas, this was a very good way of giving people what they enjoy the most about the festivity. So for this festive season, a plugin was created to offer members with a snowfall on their website. The name of our free WordPress plugin is Snow My WP and it is available from the WordPress Plugin Repository.

How do you get this plugin for your website?

Well there are two ways you can do that:

Direct download from the WordPress repository
Installing through the Dashboard

1. Direct Download

You can download the free WordPress plugin by going to https://wordpress.org/plugins/snow-my-wp/ and clicking on Download Version 0.1

Then go to your Dashboard > Plugins > Add New section.

Then click on Upload Plugin.

And then select the zipped file you downloaded from the repository.

Click on Install Now to install the plugin

Congratulations! You have successfully installed the free WordPress plugin. Now you can activate it for a wonderful snowfall effect on your website.

2. Installing Through The Dashboard

Go to your Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search for Snow My WP

Click on Install Now to install the plugin
