As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your role will involve understanding clients needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and provide solutions through our software services
- Manage client projects and ensure timely delivery of services
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing ongoing support
- Act as a liaison between the client and the development team
- Identify opportunities to upsell our services to existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a client service executive or similar role in the software development industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the software development process
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
